چکیده
The sensor–weapon–target allocation (S-WTA) is a typical collaborative task problem involved in network-centric warfare (NCW). existing related studies have limitation to the nature of cooperation and uncertainty an air defense battle scenario, most models assumption that they are determinate, i.e., parameters them known certainly. For actual battlefield environment, asymmetric information it could lead failure above assumption, there many uncertainties whose frequency can not be evaluated objectively. Based on theory, this paper studied S-WTA indeterminate environment. First, we analyze uncertain factors environment their influence problem, by considering threat value target, deviation sensor tracking performance weapon interception as variables, then establish (USWTA) model, where destruction targets regarded objective function four categories constraints set. Further, equivalent transformation presented convert unsolvable model into determinate one expected principle. To solve proposed efficiently, permutation-based representation for scheme USWTA introduced firstly, which construct feasible solution basis, constructive heuristic algorithm based maximum marginal return rule (MMRCH) designed with high quality. Additionally, local search (LS) operation explore better locally further improve quality obtained MMRCH. Finally, set instances solved algorithm, simulation experiment demonstrates superiority feasibility model.

Study on Two-Stage Uncertain Programming With Recourse Problem Based on Uncertainty Theory
In this paper, based on uncertainty theory, a new class of two-stage uncertain programming model is presented firstly, and its deterministic equivalent programming problem is also characterized. Then some fundamental properties of the two-stage uncertain programming problem, including the convexity of feasible set as well as objective function, are investigated. Since the complexity of programm...

In this paper, Generalized Aggregated Uncertainty measure 2 (GAU2), as a newuncertainty measure, is considered to evaluate uncertainty in a localization problem in which cameras’images are used. The theory that is applied to a hierarchical structure for a decision making to combinecameras’ images is Dezert-Smarandache theory. To evaluate decisions, an analysis of uncertainty isexecuted at every...
متن کاملA Robust Scenario Based Approach in an Uncertain Condition Applied to Location-Allocation Distribution Centers Problem
The paper discusses the location-allocation model for logistic networks and distribution centers through considering uncertain parameters. In real-world cases, demands and transshipment costs change over the period of the time. This may lead to large cost deviation in total cost. Scenario based robust optimization approaches are proposed where occurrence probability of each scenario is not know...
